Privacy Request

Use this form to exercise your privacy rights, including opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. There is no charge, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.

01Before you start

Woven Audience Network operates an advertising marketplace. We do not have a direct relationship with you, and we do not hold your name, email address, or account. What we process are pseudonymous advertising identifiers, such as cookie identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and IP address.

That has two practical consequences. We need enough information to locate or suppress the identifier your request relates to, which is what the fields below ask for. And if you want an immediate, automatic opt-out that applies as you browse, the fastest route is to turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor as a valid opt-out request.

We only use the information you submit here to verify and respond to your request, and to keep a record that we responded. We do not add it to any advertising dataset.

03What happens next

Your request goes to our privacy team at hello@wovenaudience.com. We respond within the timeframes set by the law that applies to you, which is generally 45 days for United States state privacy laws and one month under the GDPR and UK GDPR, with an extension where the law permits one and we tell you why.

Where we act as a service provider or processor for a publisher or a brand, we will pass your request on to them and tell you who they are, since they may be better placed to act on it.
